By downloading or using ReadyPaste, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

ReadyPaste is a productivity app and custom keyboard that lets you save text snippets and paste them into other apps. Features may differ between free and paid (Pro) plans.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the text and materials you save in ReadyPaste. You are responsible for that content, including any personal data you choose to store in snippets (such as email addresses or physical addresses).

You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ReadyPaste on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms.

4. Subscriptions & purchases

• Some features require a ReadyPaste Pro subscription or other in-app purchase.
• Payments are charged to your Apple ID account through the App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, according to Apple’s rules.
• Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies.

5. iCloud sync

Pro iCloud sync depends on your Apple ID, network connectivity, and Apple’s iCloud service availability. We are not responsible for Apple service outages or for data loss if you delete iCloud data or uninstall without a backup.

6. Keyboard access

Full Access may be required for the keyboard to read your ReadyPaste library and insert snippets. You can disable the keyboard or Full Access anytime in iOS Settings.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sulieman Vidal and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the App.

9. App Store

Your use of the App must also comply with Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) and App Store terms. Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support of ReadyPaste unless required by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
